¹²One woe is past; and, behold, two more woes are coming in addition to these.

¹³And the sixth angel sounds, and I hear a voice from the four horns of the golden altar which is before God, ¹⁴Saying to the sixth angel who had the trumpet, Loose the four angels who are bound in the great river Euphrates. ¹⁵And the four angels are loosed, who were prepared for an hour, and a day, and a month, and a year, for killing the third part of men. ¹⁶And the number of the army of the horsemen is two hundred thousand thousand: and I hear the number of them. ¹⁷And this is how I see the horses in the vision and those sitting on them, having breastplates of fire, and of jacinth, and brimstone: and the heads of the horses were like the heads of lions; and out of their mouths issues fire and smoke and brimstone. ¹⁸By these three the third part of men  are killed, by the fire, and by the smoke, and by the brimstone, which is issuing out of their mouths. ¹⁹For their power is in their mouth, and in their tails: for their tails resemble snakes, and have heads, and with them they offend. ²⁰And the rest of the men who are not killed by these plagues still do not repent of the works of their hands, that they should not worship* demons, and idols of gold, and silver, and brass, and stone, and of wood: which can neither see, nor hear, nor walk: ²¹Nor do they repent of their murders, nor of their sorceries, nor of their fornication, nor of their thefts.
